Enterprise lasers

Does anyone have experience in DNA and/or surface immunofluorescence using
Coherent
Enterprise lasers, especially the 621 UV/488 model? The specs state 0.75%
rms noise and
6% peak to peak. Does this significantly affect cv's for DNA using DAPI or
Hoechstt 33342
and/or PI, EB or AO under real conditionns?

All input greatly appreciated. I will put the results back on this listserver.
