CYTOPC: DOS program for IBM-PC compatible
CYTOPC is a set of programs designed to analyse flow cytometer data in one
of the following forms : single parameter
histograms, two-parameter cytograms and list mode. It is primarily meant
for analyzing data generated by Coulter
instruments such as the EPICS 5 or the Profile and transfered to PC through
the EASY2 software as well as the
FACScan transfered to PC through FACSnet. It can also analyse other
distributions such as Coulter Counter
volume distributions generated by the C1000 Channel Analyzer.
Its main advantages are the speed of processing and the possibility to
directly recover statistics in worksheet format.

In order to install CYTOPC:
1 - Obtain a copy from CYTOPC.ZIP through anonymous ftp at the site
sbr.sb-roscoff.fr in the directory /pub/cyto/.
2 - Copy CYTOPC.ZIP to a novel directory called CYTO
3 - Extract all the files
4 - Print the Word for Windows 6.0 document called CYTOPC95.DOC for further
instructions
