I have been using FACSnet as a server and accessing files via TCP/IP using
WS_FTP. Although I get a directory listing displayed in WS_FTP, the files
are not...all I get is a statement "------name----". Any experience of this
effect? The way I get it to work is to run Alun Jones's FTP daemon at the
PC end and push over files from the HP FACSnet client.
You can login from a MAC using FETCH.....The problem is the lack of a ' #
' key on the MAC keyboard! As FETCH requires you to type in the change of
directory, this becomes a problem!!!
Any suggestions?
Don
