We use several Burkitt's lymphoma cell lines and frequently test them using
flow cytometry. Some of them have a tendancy to become tetraploid. When
this happens they behave abnormally and we have to stop using them and go
back to the freezer.
CD ROM Vol 2 was produced by staff at the Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories
and distributed free of charge as an educational service to the cytometry community.
