One of my users would like to know.... Has anyone sorted (via flow or
magnetic beads) for IgG+ B cells from human peripheral blood, and if so,
what antibody (ies) did you use? He would like IgG + or gamma secreting
plasma cells (I know that one is a long shot!). Any suggestions would be
useful.
Thanks -
Julie
