I'm surprised that you had a problem with Coulter as Tech Services is
usually very helpful. I have a Profile II and I would try them again.

{I am trying to start up a Flow Lab witha 4 year old Epics Profile II
{instrument, but I want to use Percp as a third color dye, and this
{instrument does not have the correct filter set to use Percp. I have
{gotten the runaround from Coulter about getting a 675 bandpass filter.
{ Does anyone know anything about upgrading the filter set on the
{Profile II so that Percp can be used for three color analysis? If
{anyone knows of an alternative source for such a fliter set that will
{work on the Profile, I would appreciate the info.
