Hi everyone,

We want to be able to fix (stop metabolic action, etc.) some cells in a
monolayer. All of the fixatives I am familiar with permeabilize the
cells and we can't have that! Any ideas?

Going into the mountains tomorrow with llamas carrying all my gear!
Luxury or lazy?
