Hi everyone,
I plan to induce deletion in vivo with dexamethasone. Does anyone have experi
nce doing this?
The specific questions I have are:
1. What age and strain dependencies if any, do I have to consider?
2. What dosage of dex should I use per mouse?
3. Which lymphocyte populations does dex affect? In which lymphoid organs?
Any other experimental considerations?
