Hi, I have worked a lot on flow TdT in acute leukemias, particularly
AML. We have summarized a good deal of our efforts in a recent paper uin
Leukemia & Lymphoma, I will send it to you: Meenan et al, Leukemia &
Lymphoma Vol 22:265, 1996. We are getting the best results using the
Caltag Labs fixation/permeabilization kit - in combination with the
FITC-conjugated monoclonal anti-TdT antibody from Supertechs, Inc., Cat#
6600, this method works very well also in AML. TdT detection in ALL is
never a problem, it's TdT in AML that usually is difficult because of the
lower fluorescence intensity. Let me know if you need additional
