Although I have had little experience in the matter, you most certainly can
perform DNA content and cell cycle analysis on myeloma samples by flow. A very
recent article illustrates it's use well:

Gomez-Arbones et al. Dual CD38 and DNA staining of plasma cells in monoclonal
gammopathies attained by rapid, non-wash and automated method. 1996: Clin. Lab.
