List Mode data format

I am interested in converting image analysis data into
the list mode data format in order to attempt some
comparative analyses of multiple marker assay
measurements using WinList. My image data is readily
available in dbase, delimited ascii, and excel xls
spreadsheets. Does anyone know of a conversion
program or have the specifics for data format of the list
mode files required to do this?
