Mean channel fluorescence

To All Users:
I have an investigator in the lab who wants to go back to archive list files
and examine mean channel fluorescence and in some cases utilize histogram
subtraction programs. The overall goal seems to be to make some statement on
antigen density(i.e. up vs. down regulation).I do not want to detail some of
the explanations I have provided to the invetigator because I want to hear as
many do's and dont's, precautions, suggestions, etc. from the cytometry
community.These can come over this net or at vincent.falco@es.nems.org.
