Instead of PI in FL2 and Cy3 in FL3, you can use 7AAD in FL3 and PE
in FL2. (see Schmid et al. Cytometry 12:279-285, 1991) However,
7AAD does not give low CVs - usually about 4-6%.
You can also use FITC, PE and PI according to a paper in Cytometry,
but this may require high levels of expression of the antigens
detected with FITC and PE: Corver, et al Cytometry 15: 117-128,
1994.
