WHPPC

A quantum leap in transfer performance and ease of use.

This the newest version of Verity's HPIB transfer software. Designed for high-speed performance and ease of use, the software allows users to transfer files between HP and PC computers equipped with HPIB boards. This latest version offers performance 10 to 30 times greater than the previous version, and offers much simpler modes of operation.

The software has two parts to it: one runs on the HP computer, the other is a Windows program which runs on the PC. Simply execute the HP program and select a menu option to put it into remote operation mode. Use the WHPPC program on the PC to view units and directories on the HP, then select files you want to transfer and click the Transfer button. Similarly, files on the PC can be selected for transfer to the HP. In addition, WHPPC provides the ability to delete files from the HP or PC, making file management a snap, and on-line help is just a mouse click away.

Verity also offers a complete HPIB transfer package, consisting of an HPIB board for your PC computer, IEEE cable and the WHPPC software for both the HP and PC computers.
