Pro2FCS is a Microsoft Windows-based program designed to enhance the use of data from Coulter's Profile flow cytometer with Verity's WinList, ModFit LT, ModFit 5.2 and IsoContour software.

Simple, Menu-Driven Interface with Rapid File Selection

Convert Profile histogram and listmode files to Flow Cytometry Standard Format
Acquisition data and time, sample id, test name, and other information stored in the Profile data structure is converted into FCS keywords and keyword values. Users can customize many of the FCS keyword names to suit there particular applications and need.
