We have used fluo-3 and fura red on about 25 studies using
platelets. Platelets are actually harder to work with than some
other PBLs, so I imagine our experience may be helpful to you,
though not specific to neutrophils. I would also be interested in
comparing data. (We have not used calcium green, but once
tried the Oregon green 488, I think it's called)
