re: Intracellular pH and BCECF

I have not used BCECF but have used ADB and SNARF extensively to measure
intracellular pH. Both of these dyes work on the ratio principle, actually
better than BCECF. For details on making ratio measurements for pH, you might
consult our publications on using ADB (Cytometry 9:441-447, 1988) and SNARF
(Cytometry 14:916-921, 1993). I hope these help out.
