Hello Flowers,
With regard to Denis Snider's question about excluding cells that were dead
prior to fixation, there is an interesting paper in Cytometry 19:243-255
(1995) by O'Brien and Bolton --- which uses an anti-tubulin-FITC stain prior to
fixation to mark permeable (i.e. dead) cells.
