PE/CY5 tandems work fine with FITC and PE. I get mine from Caltag
(Tri-Chrome) and Pharmingen (Cy-chrome). They are very bright. Becton
Dickinson are the only people who sell PerCP which is quite dim, expensive
but doen't bleed into the FL2 channel as much as the PE/CY5 tandems.
