kappa-lambda analysis

We set up the K/L method at our hospital (Eur J Hematol 1992,
48:49-55) laboratory.
We compared a) dual FITC/PE labelled monoclonals, b) FITC
monoclonals, c) F(ab)2 FITC polyclonals. Used
Kolmogorov-Smirnov Stats, as well as compared the results
with molecular methods for various B-cell clonal disorders.
While the work is a couple of years old, it may still offer
some insights for clinical analysis.
CD ROM Vol 2 was produced by staff at the Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories
and distributed free of charge as an educational service to the cytometry community.
