About FCAP-list

FCAP-list is a software application for Flow Cytometry data Analysis and Processing on Apple Macintosh computers. FCAP-list can read all data files saved in FCS1.0 and FCS2.0 data file format regardless of the primary instrument on which the data were acquired.

The FCAP-list that you download from this Web site, as well the copy what you receive on diskettes will run in demonstration mode, showing you all the features of the program, using the sample data files. Usage of the full data analysis program with your own data is restricted by the requirement for a registration code what you should enter after installation of FCAP-list. if you wish to learn about the programming capability of FCAP-list. We have developed a programming language called FCAP BASIC which allows you to write special data analysis protocols. The FCAP-list software has an FCAP BASIC interpreter engine which executes the software applications written in FCAP BASIC.
