We want to follow the internalization of fluorescent antibodies with a flow
cytometer. Does anyone out there have any suggestions how to do it? We are
aware of some quenchers (crystal violet) but we are concerned about its too
intensive color. Won't it absorb most of the exciting laser light?
Thanks for your help.
