Hi,
I wonder if some of you have compared T cell stimulation by measuring
surface CD69, CD25 and IL-2 content in the supernatant. Is there
parallell increase in CD69, CD25 expression and secretion of IL-2? How
long will CD69 expression persist after stimulation?
