Hi Lyndal,

I am responding via the list because your e-mail system bounced back my
letter. I'm glad that the gentle ethanol fixation protocol described by
us a few years ago worked; we've used it for a number of applications to
"walk the line" between the need for good cell permeablization for cell
cycle analysis and preservation of surface markers for immunophenotyping.
