In a flowcytometric study of adhetion of Jurkat cells to target cells, I
need a good surface-marker that is direct conjugated to FITC. Jurkat cells
do stain for CD3-FITC, but weak. They are negative for CD4, CD8, CD7 and
CD45.
A tip of a good marker will be highly appreciated !
