Hi flow-ers-
Many moons ago I remember reading on the list a protocol for
discriminating viable cells from dead cells that would still be usable
after fixation of the sample. We are currently not set up for
biohazardous work, and have been analyzing fixed samples for a client, but
it has now become evident that we must be able to gate away dead cells in
these sample. Could someone point me to the reference.

Thanks ever so much,
Rochelle Diamond
