Greetings -
Is anyone out there using a Green NeHe Laser (~543nm) to excite Texas Red or
Cy3 for any type of immunophenotyping analysis, if so, how much output
power? Melles Griot has a 2mW Green NeHe Laser (543nm), but is 2mW output
power enough for immunofluorescence? I know 50mW from the 568nm line on a
Krypton Laser works well. All comments will be appreciated.
