You can use simultaneous detection: FLS/SS and CD45/CD14 MoAb
staining. The CD45-FITC/CD14PE bivariate distribution shows CD45-dull
cells, CD45-dim cells, CD45-bright cells and CD14+ cells. The FLS
versus SS distribution of CD45-bright cells shows eosinophils, which
are the most CD45-bright and CD14- among the granular cells.
