Actinomycin D and its 7-amino analogue are perfectly soluble in water
(less soluble in PBS) and their stock solutions (1 mg/ml) can be kept
for many months (perhaps years) frozen at -20oC in the dark. Working
solutions are stable for many weeks when kept at 4oC in the dark.
